Tremendous benefits. You get to work with some amazing brands and you're surrounded by incredibly accomplished PR professionals. Great pay.

Cons

Very fast paced, some days can feel exhausting. Late finishes are expected, it's almost frowned upon to be finishing on time. Very top heavy in terms of management to junior ratio, creates a stressful environment.
