Office space is old and outdated -- a completely uninsipring, uncreative environment to work in. Exposed electrical sockets, paintings hung willy nilly on the walls. Was so embarassing walking clients through the hallways. Rapid expansion made it difficult for legacy employees to get a raise or promotion unless you threatened to leave. Management disliked confrontation which allowed inept managers to continue in their leadership roles without proper professional development or mentoring.

Very generous with time off.

Cons

Managers are not great at teaching or providing employees with opportunities to learn new skills. They are not interested in developing their workforce from within. Diversity is talked about but not really a priority. Lots of very high-level people with very high salaries and super low-level people, not a lot in a mid-level.
