Great place to learn, grow and work on interesting accounts

Hybrid working, nice people, strong leadership who take feedback seriously, lots of training opportunities, good benefits, snacks!

Cons

Hybrid means that it is harder to get together but there has been a recent effort to get more team bonding. Office is cold.

Pros

Collaborative! People work together without any of the politics or backbiting that happens at most other big agencies. Leadership is strong too. The MD is very good at rallying and encouraging her team. Culture is part of why I liked it there. Great environment to make friends, lots of fun activities, and food.

Cons

Probably the salary can be better? But can't really complain since I had a good experience there.

FINN is an amazing place to work, there are always new challenges and chances to get involved in new projects. There is an excellent level of support and flexibility for working parents, such upscaled leadership is inspiring.
