The culture at Finn Partners is all about teamwork and collaboration. Interns and associates, middle management and the senior leadership team work together everyday, and no one is limited by a title. Great benefits, including flexible holiday and vacation time, corporate gym memberships and 401k policies. Clear focus on transparency and ethics. The team knows how to work hard and play hard.

Cons

The salary is slightly below the industry average, and the hours can be long at times.

Pros

Say they're collaborative and actually are. Excellent time off package. Middle management is smart, young and driven. Upper management is steady, open-door, and genuinely seem to care about their teams. Growing fast. Great summer and holiday parties. Great staff from top to bottom.

Cons

The NY office is under construction a lot, which is necessary for all the growth, but can be tedious. We need more space for lounges and whatnot. We know all of that it's coming, but in the meantime....
