      Great benefits, tons of vacation days, summer Fridays, in-office snacks, great clients

      Cons

      Accountability lacks on some teams; lots of acquisition leads to constantly changing list of colleagues; high turn over rate

By doing so, we can not only expand our talent and client base, but most importantly provide our current staff global opportunities in new practice areas, increase group dynamics and allow for expanding our employees' career growth.       Pros

      the office environment was very open and friendly. management is pretty understanding of things that come up and may effect work. was nice to have the option to work from home from time to time

      Cons

      they didnt seem to interested in promoting any of their interns, which was a major disapointment for several of us

      Pros

      Working at Finn Partners, I was given the opportunity to find my own professional path while still provided the insight of upper management. As a junior staffer, I always had access to senior level employees when working on projects. Everyone who works here is friendly and ready to offer a helping hand, which makes coming to work each day a joy.

      Cons

      If you don't have a go-getter attitude you may get lost in the shuffle. Working at a PR agency can be stressful and if your not equipped to handle the load you may dislike your job.
