Incredible teammates who are friends inside and outside the workplace Emphasis on team building and collaboration Great management (my boss checks in on my hours and helps me reprioritize so I don’t work over) Educational opportunities (monthly Lunch&Learn sessions to learn a new industry topic) Great opportunities for upward growth

Sometimes wish we had more exciting clients, although this has gotten better in the last year Pay could be better, but it’s not dramatically low

The hiring process seems rigorous. I met with numerous people and know understanding why - it's about the culture and values. Finn talks the talk and walks the walk when it comes to work hard and place nice and striving to be a best place to work.

Cons

Wish the offices were a bit more modern. But, the people in those workspaces more than make up for it! So, another coat of paint is just fine. Like the snack bars; add some more healthy munchie options.
