- Flexible work system - The people are about the same age and so have common topics mostly

Cons

- A lot of micro-managing and pretentious co-workers, including the mgt/ leaders. - People who get noticed are those that “talk the walk” or drinks and have fun together

Cons

Working with the manager was so horrible, he BLAMES us, employees, for FAILURES in his LEADERSHIP! No matter how great we perform, we were never rewarded but get terribly paid, working BRUTAL hours an AWFUL amount of work!
