- There are some great colleagues here who are passionate about making a difference - FINN is independent - Many of the clients are a pleasure to work with
Cons
- The experience of employees is entirely dependent on their practice lead -- some are ill-equipped to manage people and despite efforts by people at various levels, no changes have been made - There's a lot of politics by practice leads (and those closest to them) that determines client work, not necessarily who is best suited for the job, which is negative for clients
