- No clear career progression / direction. Lack of transparency, they only promote people that “talk the walk”. It’s weird how they do not gather feedback / conduct 360 review. No clear review cycle. - Direct manager under the tech team do not provide clear guidance and leadership. Lack of empathy. - Do not provide any learnings. It’s an Agency that’s v focused on traditional PR as much as they claim to be an integrated agency.
