      A great place to start, but be wary and ready to leave.

      Pros

      A great place to start your career, but most people only stay about a year.

      Cons

      Pay is the lowest i have ever seen. No room for growth. Management will do whatever they can to keep you in your current position and are very reluctant to give out title promotions and raises to anyone but themselves. A lot of very unfair things happened in terms of hiring. Management takes advantage of junior team and ignores all cries for help.

      Pros

      Love the people I work with, very interesting clients, and good intentions of the agency. Constantly growing business which is fun to be involved in.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is tough. There are resources and management advise you to take time off and support you but the work can be demanding at non-traditional hours. One cool thing though is that management are all right there with you putting in the hours.
