Amazing talent and leadership, senior management truly cares about employees, their well-being and promotes a healthy work-life balance. Plenty of opportunities to grow in different sectors of PR

Complex corporate structure and can sometimes make career advancement, promotions, etc more difficult

Office space is old and outdated -- a completely uninsipring, uncreative environment to work in. Exposed electrical sockets, paintings hung willy nilly on the walls. Was so embarassing walking clients through the hallways. Rapid expansion made it difficult for legacy employees to get a raise or promotion unless you threatened to leave. Management disliked confrontation which allowed inept managers to continue in their leadership roles without proper professional development or mentoring.
