      Pros

      The LA office is amazing. It is a great place to work where you are part of a collaborative team. Fun perks with Monday bagels and Thursday Happy Hour. Senior management really tries to help you learn and grow in your career.

      Cons

      It is fast paced and challenging but that is part of being in a PR agency. Some days there is too much to do. Wish they paid on the higher end of the scale.

      Pros

      Teamwork and supportive coworkers makes it a wonderful place to learn and grow. Strong mentorship. Ability to take on as much as one can handle allows for fast growth. Unmatched staff and culture - work hard, play hard environment with supportive senior management allows for fantastic staff development. Great leadership starts from the top and trickles down. Wonderful opportunities are there for the employees who grab them.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes result from over service of accounts. Salary can be lower than industry norms.
