FINN Partners is many small firms each focused on one industry — a very decentralized operation. Examples: No support for clients from graphic design, digital to grow accounts/bring in new business. All proposal work done by each practice; no clear biz strategy. Salaries cut during pandemic based on how much each group is bringing in, meaning healthcare and public affairs are whole, the rest have salaries cut 20% or more. No raises or promotions during the busiest time ever. Continuous push to do more, more; get paid less. Long hours. Demoralizing for staff. All working from home but no offer to provide reimbursement for desk chairs, office supplies. No recognition of family life stresses during COVID.
