      Ability to generate positive reviews for the firm and get lots of attention for themselves.

      Cons

      If you want an executive team that will not self reflect and see that they are the problem then this is the place for you. The Managing Partners will brush aside complaints, make excuses. Managing Partners pretend to care to get publicity and awards for themselves only.

      Pros

      The hiring process seems rigorous. I met with numerous people and know understanding why - it's about the culture and values. Finn talks the talk and walks the walk when it comes to work hard and place nice and striving to be a best place to work.

      Cons

      Wish the offices were a bit more modern. But, the people in those workspaces more than make up for it! So, another coat of paint is just fine. Like the snack bars; add some more healthy munchie options.
