bureaucracy - take's forever to make decisions HR had and currently has racist leaders that are untouchable

Overall pay, benefits, and some amount of schedule flexibility

Cons

Too top heavy on all levels of management; conscious bias by much of management; promotions given to many who have no knowledge or real experience of their field; non-existent opportunities for those who do not want to be in management; gender discrimination in the the administrative support area; low morale in many of the departments
