      Pros

      Good mission based initiative protecting investors.

      Cons

      WLB has been decimated. Board/Upper Mgmt threat of return to office 5 days week. VBO, impending layoffs. Company doesn’t think outside the box. Mgmt doesn’t recognize individual contributions and poor to promote. Transferring from within is very difficult.

      Pros

      I work on the technology division, specifically for generative AI applications. I work with a trans-national team of highly competent individuals who are as patient and understanding as they are knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Everything was really promising up until Q4 of last year, when "market trends" have convinced the higher ups of many abrupt changes that have led to layoffs and buy-outs. Our team is currently direly understaffed, and given changes in our work from home policy, I expect us to be even more understaffed in the months to come.

      Regulatory expertise - pockets of good management only due to new hires in supervisory areas in NYC.

      Cons

      Culture is negative - not progressives as they advertise, management in th Culture is negative - not progressives as they advertise, management in the Enterprise Technology is backwards, the team is not interested in new ideas just following the delayed Infrasteucture. Hire consultants to quickly get rid of them for no real justified reason. Poor diversity and ethics with staff. Enterprise Data Technology in Rockville office is backwards, the team is not interested in new ideas.
