Pros

Nice people, decent QOL but now they are forcing return to office so less-so, some interesting work but it's a bit of luck of the draw

Cons

Management very negative, doesn't seem to value employees, very process oriented, not open to innovation

Racial Toxicity

Pros

Great projects and if you are really passionate about learning FinOps and RegOps, it’s a great company.

Cons

There is a lot of racial discrimination especially in technology. Multiple complaints and law suits were raised against few managers at senior level, nothing have an impact. If you are a person of color, do not waste your time interviewing here.
