Bad leadership, Very disjointed amongst ranks and departments. VERY political Touting innovation, doesn’t mean you are innovative.

Good experience and local to where I lived.

Cons

They treat experienced professionals like it is their first year out of college. Prepare to be babysat in micromanaged.
