Pros

Interesting work and friendly peers.

Cons

No appreciation for work done unless the managers can use it to make themselves look better. No opportunity to have opinions recognized by management. Their way is always the better way! No opportunity for advancement. Managers display a bias towards long term employees by placing a higher value towards new, often inexperienced staff.

Pros

Their benefits and compensation packages are really nice and, for the most part, the co-workers are great.

Cons

Some (not all) of their management is more focused on making themselves look good to the detriment of staff morale.
