Pros

Work culture is good. Flexible work hours. Work from home facility also there. Co-curricular activities happens very frequently. Employee engagement programs happens via HR or Directors. Very good for the more experienced people looking to settle down and not ready for more challenging work.

Cons

Old technology stacks. I didn't find much challenging environment. Every thing is into manager's bucket. Depends on the project, work culture varies.
