Pros

Work culture has changed due to pandemic. They have started encouraging WFH. Its upto you if you want to visit office as of now. It totally depends on the project how your work culture is going to be!

Cons

Depends on the project you are hired for! In my previous support profile managers used to behave like a slave of US management and so the team mates! had to work graveyard shifts because of manager's slave behaviour.
