Pros

There are none for Little Rock. The current site manager treats all of his employees like they are beneath him.

Cons

In Little Rock, The site manager uses fear for a way of managing. If you meet his objectives, he will change them so that he has a reason to put you on a PIP or fire you. He lied to HR about me just so he could lay me off. He has had to e-mail or call different people just to see what I did on a daily basis. Not a good place to work.

Pros

It seems like there are not too many. There does appear to be a depth of knowledge.

Cons

Not enough people to keep up. The expectations are not in scale with the pay. When new projects are introduced, they are expected to be supported without much knowledge at all. Just handed off. Salaries were frozen at the beginning of the year as a result of these projects, however, stock options were paid to the executives. Not even a cost of living increase, even though the cost of living skyrocketted. No employee morale exists and there has been no effort to do improve it.

Pros

It's a decent place to get started and learn some skills. If you show strong initiative and get along well with your coworkers, you can make a pretty good salary even without a degree.

Cons

You'll soon realize that there's no future in the company. All positions except for the entry ones are usually filled before they're even posted. I've applied for many jobs over the past 7 years and I think I've only had 1 very half hearted interview, which was obviously an attempt to "look legit". The person that was hired for that position was the least qualified of everyone I knew that applied. There is absolutely no communication. Much of the work has been outsourced to India. It's the sort of place where there's 15 people in a group but 4 of them do all the work because the managers would rather huddle up in their offices and push paper than MANAGE.
