      Insurance coverage is best part On time salary and quarterly variable pay Its retirement company, people won't leave when they join 12+ experience. Old age home, no fun talks even at work. Serious working environment lot of meeting, even normal work you will feel as overloaded. boost horlicks, evening snacks, lunch meals for 500/month

      Cons

      No onsite No gym lack of vision in the projects, repeated tasks, automation dependency with framework team. Less growth stock price hits all time low almost 60% lesser than last year
