      Pros

      They have a healthy bottom line. Insurance isn’t horrible. You’re left to run your business

      Don’t kid yourself. This is a boys club. If you’re not a NY guy that grew up with the boys, then you’ll never make it. Communication is dreadful. You won’t get the support you need WHEN you need it, and often get support when you DON’T. Promises made, aren’t always followed through with or communicated. The chefs are seeming to be leaving, and the dietitians / wellness / nutrition folks seem to be taking over the “Chef Driven” company.

      management issues I use to work for Flik inside fidelity and the managers over there need to learn how to be a manager as I'm speaking today If the paid me $20 per hour for cashier I won't go back because the managers are really bad
