I have over 20 years working in the industry. This place is by far the worst example of a professional work environment. Management is absolutely horrendous and they think their shizzle doesn’t stink. Funny thing is, I have news for them; they lack experience, leadership and any sort of culinary expertise. I’m currently being recruited by several people at the moment and as soon as I decide on a new place, I’m out of here. Overall, I would articulate more but I’m fearful they will find out who I am and retaliate before I find another position that I want to take. This is the type of operation they run. There’s nobody to even go to as far explaining how awful the culture is. Overall, I’m super easy-going and get along with everyone. There’s simply no need for the behavior, lies and unkind work culture.
