      I can’t think of any positive points unfortunately.

      Cons

      It was extremely unprofessional very hostile environment. My manager didn’t arrange any orientation for me or any training. I was told that I am not allowed to have my hair down. Male colleagues were treated in a very different way to females. There were a lot of issues with in the team. Team members walked out. It was also very hostile environment. I never had such a bad experience in my life.

      Pros

      Learned a lot, challenging sometimes.

      Cons

      Upper management showed signs of favoritism and some didn’t even try and hide it. They also did not show any support to the supervisors and management. Stressful at times, specially being salaried, bosses will expect you to reply to them 24/7 even when off. It also didn’t help that our client was never happy with anything that my GM and AGM did which went downhill from there.
