Highly entrepreneurial - great for those who want their creative ideas to be heard Big company = lots of resources: experienced coworkers, employee support, etc. True to its values - focus and resources devoted to things like safety and customer care

Cons

Can be too bureaucratic at times - the field is fast and loose, but corporate is slow Web-based tools (employee portal, for example) not as good as other big companies
