My career with FLIK has been a positive one. With this company it allows for me to take ownership of my business and ensure it's operating at the highest level possible. The FLIK leadership team has provided me with several opportunities to grow and develop my leadership skills. There is also a work/life balance, which is huge when working in the hospitality industry.

Cons

Would like more training geared towards non-residential conference centers.
