Business Outlook
Pros
As an AV Technician, most of my jobs before this were temporary, seasonal, and oftentimes excruciating. Working with Flik has given me a full-time job with benefits for the first time ever. The staff I work with are excellent and keen to help each other out.
Cons
The corporate culture can be a little pushy and excessive, especially considering a lot of what is covered is food safety oriented, and has little to do with my position.
