      Pros

      I have worked for FLIK Hospitality Group for seven years and I am thankful each day that I have the opportunity to work for a company that truly values their associates. At FLIK there is a strong focus on career development and growth opportunities for associates at every level of employment. FLIK has provided me the appropriate training to enhance my management, communication, and employee relations skills that have made me into a highly effective manager.

      Cons

      Growth of the division has been vast which makes it difficult to stay in constant communication with senior management.

      Pros

      I came from a small business to Flik - now a very large business/company. Often it's easy to get lost in the enormity of a company this size but I have not found that to be the case. DMs seemed to be well-trained and take good care of but also have good trust/faith in those they hire, So far - So good!

      Cons

      New units with new staff make it a bit difficult to get to trainings offsite and orientations. There is a small disconnect in getting what one should have off the bat to get up and running. That said, my immediate manager has been great with assisting me and 'helping' me along.
