      Pros

      The scheduling is good. I usually have every other weekend off and I’m done with my shift by 7:30pm, rare for foodservice. Pay is commensurate with other area jobs.

      Cons

      Lack of onsite HR and orientation to company. Need to call 800 number for help with benefits or other HR needs.

      Always short staffed so there is always plenty of overtime.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized. Policies are not followed regarding employees. Management does not encourage growth within the company. Food quality for residents is not monitored by management.

      Poor upper management. RDO's never visit the facilities. Poor communication between corporate upper management and management on site. Upper management on site lacks the necessary skills and qualifications for the job.
