Pros

Working in events and having a typical 8-5pm schedule for the most part. Part of the catering/hospitality team so you can get free food.

Cons

Salaried, so no over time for extra hours worked. Down time between calls and events.

Pros

An experienced, diverse & versatile place to work. There are all walks of life that come into play all of which culminate to build a great team & produce a great product.

Cons

On occasion it's difficult to not be a floor away from upper management or the rest of the team as one would be in the "traditional" work environment but email & calls bridge the gap as much as possible.
