Mainly on your own schedule. Good food.

Cons

Managment is poor and sloppy. Leadership is terrible. I did the work of 4 people because managment wouldn't tell the other employees to do their job. Managment purposely looking to catch you doing something wrong so they can scold you even though the do slimmier things.
