Pros

I came from a small business to Flik - now a very large business/company. Often it's easy to get lost in the enormity of a company this size but I have not found that to be the case. DMs seemed to be well-trained and take good care of but also have good trust/faith in those they hire, So far - So good!

Cons

New units with new staff make it a bit difficult to get to trainings offsite and orientations. There is a small disconnect in getting what one should have off the bat to get up and running. That said, my immediate manager has been great with assisting me and 'helping' me along.

Need more hotel focused people to grow be as innovative in the hotel component as they are with the other areas of the operation.
