      Pros

      Flexibility in schedule, self-managed time, responsible for sales account management, long-term benefits are substantial - 401k, good insurance, PTO, etc.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication from the senior leadership, and corporate headquarters is slow and incomplete. They are working on it, though. It's a big company with a lot of moving parts and people.

      Competitive salaries, instances of women in senior leadership is increasing, focus on people both associate and client/guest alike, high level of service, TONS of opportunity within FLIK and the parent company Compass Group, they put a value on continuing education that I find to be unprecedented in the field, emphasis placed on innovation and being best in class

      Corporate requirements and initiatives often bog down your work day, high expectations on work day and availability/accessibility
