      Pros

      -Flik has very high expectations which is great if you take pride in your work! -Pay is good and benefits are well above average. -They have aggressive growth plans so there opportunities for advancement for managers who are willing to work for it. -Corporate folks at the highest level are engaged and interested in the business and in the well being of their managers.

      Cons

      If you are just looking for a paycheck and don't care about the quality of your work than this probably is not the company for you. There can be some long days but generally you are able to find a good balance.

      Pros

      The scheduling is good. I usually have every other weekend off and I’m done with my shift by 7:30pm, rare for foodservice. Pay is commensurate with other area jobs.

      Cons

      Lack of onsite HR and orientation to company. Need to call 800 number for help with benefits or other HR needs.
