      Low wages and high demands.

      Pros

      Health benefil had 3 options to choose from making it affordable since wages are low. Some management has hands on experience.

      Cons

      Low wages. The position posted a rate of pay and they offered me $1 less per hour at the 2nd interview. I had 10+ years experiene in Hospitality which was an insult but I needed the job. Locations borrowed equiptment from another location regularly because they didn't want to purchase it. All about the spreadsheet and being under budget at the expense and well being of under paid employees.

      Pros

      The environment was great, coworkers were fantastic. Good benefits and great training programs. The team had very strong passion for the company's values.

      Cons

      Barely any communication with Management when it came to personal growth.
