Great place to work. Client was easy to work for, had fun building a team, pay and benefits were ok.

Cons

Never see upper management, career growth possible but difficult, support from outside the location non existent, sometimes the corporate policies weren't well thought out.

Pros

Great place for a person that is starting out with their first job in order to polish their skills, but then move on if you are trying to become a multi millionaire.

Cons

Flik don't provide almost no vacation days. I believe 3 or 5 for the complete year. They have a policy of writing reports to employees that it almost gets to the point of KINDERGARDEN, many of them have a big EGO and most of them don't even make six figure salaries.
