There are people who exist in the company who are very supportive and knowledgeable, but they are few and far between.
Cons
This is just not the place to be if you’re looking to grow your career as a marketer. They aren’t honest. Don’t expect the job description to match the actual job itself. Expect them to promise the world and then proceed to go do whatever they ask, whenever they ask. The reputation for toxic leadership here is a reality.
