Full-time hours, cool coworkers diversity

Cons

Walked in on my first day and absolutely no guidance from management. Literally had to walk up to another tech looking like a lost puppy. The leader for my department took 2 days to even introduce himself or even though he was actively walking past me. Unprofessional. You get absolutely no training. my first week consisted of latching onto any coworkers that where kind enough answers my million questions.
