Pros
Number one best reason to work at Fluent are the patients. Connecting and helping patients find medicine and then having them come back to relay their personal experiences is a great feeling, especially when it really works for them. Immediate store staff is usually tight knit so there’s a lot of bonding.
Cons
Corporate overreach. They’re so out of touch with what the store needs to be successful and motivated. It’s hard to hear about the millions of dollars we generate for this company while knowing we are being overworked and underpaid.
