      Attendance is crucial, so be honest... if you know you are not able to stay on a structured schedule and be on time each and every day, this may not be the job for you.

      It is more of a social club than an well run business. Good people are pushed out for making any noise towards upper management. They do employee satisfaction surveys with little to no effort to fix the issues year over year
