Pros

The biggest pro is the 401k matching plan and plan itself. Healthcare benefits also lower cost (at the time) as employer covered the bulk of the cost, especially compared to other comparable companies in the PHX metro area.

Cons

Since leaving, the HR department has become extremely toxic, overstepping their role, and micromanaging.
