A once Great Company being ruined by poor management

Great benefits. Lots of great workers, If you have friends or relatives in high places you will have a great time. If you want a job where it rarely matters what you do, and hard work and skill aren't a consideration. This job is for you.

Cons

Management has little to no experience in the fields they manage. They do not connect, watch, or even understand the people under them. Because of this they are losing all the really good talent that built them to where they were. I say where they were because poor quality and poor management that focuses on rushing parts out the door has cost them much of their former business, reputation, and glory.
