      My career with FMC was most satisfying. The other employees were friendly and helpful, they were like family. The projects I worked on were challenging. FMC is a great place to wok. Safety is more important than production.

      Compensation is one of the highest in the industry. You meet great individuals throughout the company.

      Cons

      Upper level management needs to change. A number of initialatives in business has changed but upper level management has not due to the fact they've nerve worked anywhere else. So they see newcomers as threats.
