      Promote from within and between divisions, New employees are partnered with someone to aid in the onboarding process.

      Cons

      No clear definition of the focus of the organization. Ever changing goals and priorities. Claim financial difficulties but continue to spend spend money on non value added projects with serious travel costs.

      Pros

      The plant is big enought that you can get involved in a lot of different things, or you can focus in on one specific process. The initial training was very in depth and they made sure you were on the right track

      Cons

      It was a little isolated from the world, and pretty cold in the winter. That's forgivable though as your also close to the country.
