Pros

The plant is big enought that you can get involved in a lot of different things, or you can focus in on one specific process. The initial training was very in depth and they made sure you were on the right track

Cons

It was a little isolated from the world, and pretty cold in the winter. That's forgivable though as your also close to the country.

Fairly good benefits and general work environment. Worked with some really good employees who cared about doing the right thing to get the job done correctly.

Cons

Employees are given very few promotional opportunities or room for growth. Management not focused on appreciating the employees and their contributions. Most of the stated goals were completely different on paper than what was actually practiced. Actions by management were typically based on who your individual manager was and their own personal agenda, not the same as the company's projected vision.
