Pros

They pay good, most of the people were great to work with, casual work environment (yes, we could wear jeans to work).

Cons

Lean staffing, long hours and little recognition for your efforts. No consistency with policies, annual performance reviews a joke, a majority of managers didn't even bother doing them.

A place that is easy to get comfortable for a long term of employment. A friendly group of employees. Offers a better than average benefit package. Pay scales are higher than average for the area.

Cons

No growth. Dangerous chemicals at particular plant.Very little recognition for creative improvements. Management is solely focused on safety and disciplinary actions.
