      Pros

      Good Pay, great location, generally good people, and a fun business with cool technologies.

      Cons

      Directors are horrible, lack leadership and generally in it for themselves only. Professional development is non-existent. General hire external instead of from within.

      Good salary Most of the people are nice to work with

      Cons

      While most of the workers are nice, the directors and VP's are horrible. Loads of polictics. They operate like construction workers mentality counting hours rather than productivity. Some people have a lot of decision making authroity with no checks and balances.

      Pros

      Decent pay great people to work with. They have minimal layoffs and try to develope their employees

      Cons

      Woth my job their is no set schedule and your on a on call basis. Stuck in the stone ages with the way they run some of business
