      Pros

      Great to work at this financially well-performing Fortune 1000 company and have a real impact shaping its future. Although conservative the way many chemical companies are, there is genuine support for strategies and initiatives to generate shareholder value in ways beyond traditional financial measures.

      Cons

      Like it is at many U.S. publicly-traded companies, short-term financial performance reigns supreme. This can manifest in an all-hands-on-deck mentality to meet the quarter, even if it negatively impacts focus and investment into longer-term activities that could lead to greater growth and sustainability.

      Difficult politics, top down leadership style limits expert knowledge and experience from emerging.

      Pros

      Excellent Pay. Sign on bonuses available. New building coming in later 2016 which includes a cafe and nice facilities for working.

      Cons

      Operations should expect and demand better and effective corporate leadership. High turn over. Three women leaders have left the company in the last six months. Worker Safety is not going to get better if leaders keep lowering the goal in order to guarantee their bonuses.
